【Warranty period】
1. All new electric scooters and electric bicycles of VIPCOO enjoy a 1-year warranty, and the battery is not covered by the 1-year warranty.
2. The battery warranty is 6 months. It is normal for the battery capacity to decay over time and is not covered by the warranty.
3. When you order and receive the product from the VIPCOO online store (this store), the warranty will be automatically registered starting from the order receipt date.
4. Due to the refund order, the customer's electric scooter and electric bicycle will no longer enjoy any services provided by VIPCOO.

【Warranty object】
1. Only customers who place orders from this online store can enjoy the warranty policy of this store.
2. For VIPCOO products purchased from other platforms that require repair services, please contact us through the order of the corresponding platform for repair.
3. Refurbished products are not covered by the 1-year warranty.

【Warranty method】
1. During the warranty period, for non-return repairs, VIPCOO only provides free replacement parts, and the customer bears the shipping cost of the parts;
2. During the warranty period, the customer performs repairs at the local repair point. This repair method is only applicable when the repair is complicated and the customer cannot solve it by himself; at the same time, the repair cost shall be informed to VIPCOO before the repair, and the total repair cost shall not exceed 15% of the total value of the product.
3. During the warranty period, for return repairs, this repair method is only applicable when the repair is complicated and the customer cannot solve it by himself. VIPCOO provides free parts, and the customer bears the shipping cost of the repaired product.

【Limited repair does not cover】
1. If the damage is caused by human factors, it is not covered by warranty, including but not limited to damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, falling, water ingress, and use of unofficial accessories.
2. Damage caused by external force majeure is not covered by the warranty, including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes or other extreme weather conditions.
3. In addition, damage caused by events such as fire, accidents or unauthorized modifications is also not covered by the warranty.

【Warranty Process】
1. All warranties must be submitted to VIPCOO via the official email address support@vipcoo.com.
2. Any warranty request requires proof, such as order number, proof of payment, description of product failure, and photos and videos of product damage. VIPCOO will provide a reasonable and effective solution based on the proof of product damage provided by the customer until the problem is solved.
3. The warranty should be initiated within the 1-year warranty period.

【Orders beyond the 1-year warranty period】
1. For orders beyond the 1-year warranty period, we will charge customers for repairs of VIPCOO products that need to be repaired, including but not limited to replacement of accessories, round-trip shipping, repair fees, etc.

【About Refurbished Products】
1. Refurbished products are sold at a special price and do not provide after-sales service or warranty. If you need service support during use, please submit it to VIPCOO via the official email address support@vipcoo.com, describe the product failure, and provide photos and videos of product damage. VIPCOO will provide an effective solution based on the damaged pictures or videos of the product provided by the customer until the problem is solved.
